This year’s theme highlights the power of peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the in-house legal community. We invite you to contribute your unique perspectives, experiences, and strategies that have helped in-house teams navigate challenges, drive innovation, and create impact. Whether you have cutting-edge research to share, best practices to showcase, or compelling case studies to present, we welcome your contributions.


Submission Guidelines

Content Areas

Submissions should align with the conference theme and may cover a broad range of topics including, but not limited to, legal innovation, risk management, leadership, diversity and inclusion, technology in legal practice, ethics, and compliance.

Presentation Formats

We encourage diverse presentation formats such as interactive sessions, case studies, individual presentations and panel sessions. Please indicate your preferred format in your submission. Please note all session spots are 60 minutes in length.

Submission Process

To submit your session proposals, please use our ‘Abstract Portal’, where you can save drafts and submit multiple presentations with ease. Our 2026 National Conference Programming Committee, comprising senior in-house lawyers, eagerly awaits your submissions.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is 5pm AEST, Thursday 30 April 2026.

What are the benefits of being involved in a conference session?

Registration

Speakers will receive a complimentary day pass for the day they are speaking at conference. Speakers will be able to upgrade their day pass to a full conference registration, including all social functions, for an additional fee.

CPD Points

Earn points for your preparation and presentation, and for the other sessions you attend.

Present a Session

Share your ideas in your area of expertise with conference delegates.
