FAQs

Who is the In-house Legal National Conference & Awards for?

The conference is designed for all in-house lawyers at all levels, no matter what sector you work in – corporate, government, or not-for-profit. It’s a dedicated space to learn from peers, hear from industry leaders, and connect with Australia’s in-house legal community.

What does a membership with ACC Australia give me access to?

Membership gives you 12 months of access to ACC Australia’s resources, CPD opportunities, and professional network. This includes exclusive member-only content, practice tools, industry insights, and ongoing events throughout the year. Want to learn more? Check out our global benefits or attend an upcoming member benefits demonstration!

I’m already a member of ACC Australia. Can I register for the In-house Legal National Conference?

Yes. Current members of ACC Australia can purchase a conference registration without the bundled membership. Registration options are available here: NatCon Pricing Options

What is included in the Non-Member Bundle registration?

The Non-Member Bundle includes a delegate pass to the 2026 In-house Legal National Conference and 12 months of ACC Australia membership (see above for membership inclusions).

Your conference registration gives you access to all sessions, keynote presentations, and the exhibition, along with social events such as the Welcome Function, and Awards Dinner. Catering and conference materials are included.

Accommodation is not included in the registration price but can be booked during the registration process. Click here to view accommodation options.

How many CPD points can I earn by attending?

You can earn up to 12 CPD points across the whole conference, with sessions available in every CPD category. The exact points you claim will depend on the sessions you attend and your state or territory’s CPD requirements.

What if I’m not an in-house lawyer?

The conference is tailored for in-house counsel, but there are options for others working in in-house teams.

  • Paralegals and law students currently working in-house may be eligible to attend, please contact Kim Harding at ausevents@accglobal.com for more information.
  • If you work in a legal operations capacity within a corporate legal department, you may qualify for participation under ACC’s Legal Operations membership. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis by ACC Australia’s Membership Team. For more information contact ausmembership@acc.com
  • Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are also available, please contact Tiffany Henderson at aus_sponsorship@accglobal.com for more information.
